Advanced Urologic Surgery

Da Vinci® Robotic Surgery

Advanced surgical technology. A treatment plan built around you.

Da Vinci® robotic-assisted surgery allows your surgeon to perform certain complex urologic procedures through small incisions with enhanced visualization, precision and control.

The surgeon remains in control throughout the procedure. The robotic system does not operate independently.

What Is Da Vinci Robotic Surgery?

Da Vinci robotic surgery is a minimally invasive surgical approach in which the surgeon controls specialized instruments from a console in the operating room.

The system provides a magnified, three-dimensional view of the surgical area and instruments designed for precise movement through small incisions. The technology assists the surgeon — it does not replace the surgeon.
